September In-Person Systemwide Gathering
Thank you to everyone who attended the September 2025 Systemwide Meeting. ScaleLIT, as the One-Stop Operator (OSO) serving Local Workforce Innovation Area (LWIA) 7 through the Chicago Cook Workforce Partnership network, hosts these quarterly meetings to share American Job Center updates, relevant campaigns, and more.
We’re especially grateful to our Home Illinois Workforce Pilot panelists, Nancy Phillips, Chief Program Officer (Inspiration Corporation), Lindsey Winford, Workforce Pilot Program Manager (Alliance to End Homelessness in Suburban Cook County), and Erica Shuck, Program Manager (All Chicago), who shared powerful insights on advancing equity, strengthening cross-system collaboration, and building workforce and housing solutions that support individuals and families facing barriers. We were also honored to have Susie Harkins, Program Manager supporting scaleLIT’s Employment Navigation and Individual Placement and Support (IPS) programs, serve as our panel moderator.
The materials shared by the One-Stop Operator team during the meeting, along with a few photos from the event, are attached.

In addition to the panel, we celebrated some well-deserved recognitions. OSO navigators shared the leaderboard results from the last quarter and gave shoutouts to:
★ Airtable All-Star Leader: Prairie State College’s Adult Education Department
★ Survey All-Star: American Job Center in Wheeling
★ System Collaboration Nominee: City Colleges of Chicago
We are very grateful to our panelists and moderators for sharing their thoughts with our network. We’d like to thank the 50+ partners who engaged with our panelists and remain committed to improving service delivery and customer experience for all our community members.
