Stronger Together: Mobilizing Toward Sustainability

Digital Inclusion Week (DIW) is an annual week of awareness, recognition, and celebration of digital equity. With support from the National Digital Inclusion Alliance (NDIA), organizations and individuals nationwide host special events and campaigns to promote and increase digital equity in their communities.

scaleLIT is a member of Chicago's Digital Equity Coalition, The Illinois Broadband Lab, the United Palatine Coalition (UPC), and Cook County's Digital Inclusion Coalition. scaleLIT's Ed Tech Director is currently on the Chicago Digital Equity Coalition's Steering Committee and was previously COABE's Technology Chair and the Digital Change Agent for Illinois. scaleLIT is engaged and has the latest information to bridge the digital divide in Cook County.

What’s the Point of DIW?

We’re living in a pivotal time for digital inclusion action. More resources than ever are available and will continue to be released to support digital inclusion work. Take the opportunity to share your work, offer services to your community, raise awareness, and gain supporters, who may be key to continuing digital inclusion.
