The DLL Core Elements Are:

  1. A facilitated learning community for educators, trainers, and administrators to support, advise, and learn from each other and the resources they find valuable.

  2. Support for educators, trainers, and administrators in effectively incorporating technology into the learning environment using Subject-Matter Experts (SMEs) and curating resources. Best practices are distributed through learning portals, social media, and presentations.

  3. Capturing insights about the most effective digital tools, delivery models, and support strategies, which can then be shared everywhere.
